Great dentist. Was very gentle and explained everything. His staff were also very nice. I had a long talk with the hygienist about keeping my teeth clean.
Dr. Meade and his staff are amazing. Dr. Meade explains every step of the way towards your oral needs. He gave me great options when it came to my issue of needing a root canal or a crown to fix my tooth issue. The front desk staff member Ronda is great when scheduling appointments based on my schedule. She also helps me understand any billing questions. Highly recommended!!
Love Dr Joseph Meade, and his staff! They are incorporating the latest technology, and provide excellent customer service. I recently lost a filling on a day the office was closed. It wasn’t an emergency, so I left a message, expecting a call the following day. Dr. Meade called me that afternoon, and offered a next day appointment to replace the filling. I was impressed, and appreciated his caring about my situation. I also love the office staff, Rhonda and Wanda. They take the time to get to know the patients, and are always cheerful. I’ve been seeing Dr. Joseph Meade since he took over his dad’s practice and couldn’t be more satisfied. He is a genuinely caring and competent dentist. Since he took over the office, the staff has remained the same, helpful friendly people which is truly a reflection of Dr. Meade. If you’re considering a new dentist in the Benicia area, I would highly recommend this dental office.
So glad to have found this awesome group of people. Had been in the area for about a year and haven’t found a dentist, then boom – I had a crown fall off. I called up the office and the front desk Rhonda got me in asap. Dr. Meade was so kind, he took a picture of my tooth using a tiny mouth camera, so cool! We glued the crown back on and I set up for a cleaning. I’ve been going back to this office now for about a year and a half and my visits are always pleasant.
